Spacer Plates between the leaves and a bend at the ends to keep the leaves separated and reduce friction.

These Spacer Plates are being produced by us according to strict drawings and quality standards. Every individual plate is tapered, rolled, punched, heat treated and finally dip painted in special corrosion preventing paint leaving a thick layer.
